Who We Are
Originally formed around 9 years ago, we have recently rebranded from 'HIACM' to 'The ITSM People' - After all, that's what we're known as.

The company was started by Tim Mills in 2014, who has over 25 years of IT Service Management related experience. Being so passionate about Service excellence and the opportunities we always have to improve, this meant primarily carrying out transformational ITSM consulting work, around the various iterations of the ITIL framework.

Originally working as a single consultant, the business has developed and grown in recent years, resulting in a team of nearly 20 highly experienced and equally passionate Service Management consultants, supporting big brand clients in all manner of IT and Enterprise Service Management work, mainly specialising in process development and transformational improvement activities ..

Our Training
There’s no need to take 3 days off and travel to a classroom, students can do everything from their own homes, at their own pace and at times to suit them and their learning style. Costing less then 50% of typical classroom costs and with extremely high pass rates, it’s been a huge hit with our clients.

Online exams from PeopleCert are also provided by us and bundled with the cost of our courses.
